Non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and distribute the photographs
I hereby grant Alpine Thunder, Pella Convention & Visitors Bureau, Spirit of Pella, and The Pella Historical Society the non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and distribute the photographs I have provided for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, usage on their websites, social media platforms, and print materials. I understand and agree that I will not receive any monetary compensation for the use of these photographs. Alpine Thunder, Pella Convention & Visitors Bureau, Spirit of Pella, and The Pella Historical Society have the right to edit the photographs as they see fit, while maintaining the integrity of the original content.
I reserve the right to use any and all photographs across my website, social media platforms, and print materials.
I affirm that I am the sole owner of the photographs and have the right to grant this permission. Additionally, I confirm that the use of these photographs does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other rights of any third party.
Please include the credit line "Photo by Douglas Tupper Photography" or the social media tag @douglastupperphotography when using the photographs. For websites and printed materials, a consolidated credit method can be used to simplify the management of multiple graphics or photos. The placement within the publication or website is at the discretion of Alpine Thunder, Pella Convention & Visitors Bureau, Spirit of Pella, and The Pella Historical Society.
